Welcome to another Muay Thai sparring video! In this one we will focus on how to get better at Pressure Fighting, and how to not run away when sparring. To stay in the pocket when fighting is an important skill to learn, and often we spend to much time on the far outside range. This pressure fighting drill involves keeping your lead foot inside a dedicated space (in this video we used a square made with tape). This isn't the only kickboxing drill for close range fighting, but it's definitely one of our favorites! I hope your enjoy our Muay Thai Sparring drill, please subscribe for more Muay Thai sparring video!

. In this tutorial I show you how to use your Teep (Front/Push Kick) to set up power shots. You can use this to set up the right hand, knee or kick but there are many other follow up attacks as well. You can also use this drill to close the distance on your opponent or follow a retreating opponent safely.

Here's four more Elbows for ya! In this video I show you how to land reverse elbows as more advanced spinning elbows. They're shown individually, as a drill, and as a defensive counter attack. At the end there's a fun but challenging all elbow combination you can do in pad work. These reverse elbows are more advanced but they work well if you set them up properly. There is also some fight footage included to show the effectiveness of these techniques if done properly, this is for educational purposes and is fair use.
