In this video I share with you one of the best exercises to increase punching power! Not only that, but it well help develop your core and with that your ability to take body shots.
This is not a silver bullet exercise. It does NOT take the place of squats, deadlifts, and other key weight lifting exercises to make you hit harder. Nor is it to be prioritized above actual fight training. But used in conjunction with those other training methods this full body rotational exercises will definitely help you develop punching power!
One of the reasons it's so good at helping you hit harder and become a more powerful puncher is that you have to transfer power from your legs, through your core and arms in a rotational manner, unlike a lot of other more linear exercises.
