Welcome back to the channel and another kickboxing tutorial for beginners ! In this video I'm going to offer some Sparring Tips for Beginners by doing a live sparring breakdown! This is a "limited" power kickboxing round with two beginner kickboxers sparring under supervision. This is not a fight breakdown. My goal is to offer constructive critisisms and coaching and offer some sparring tips for beginner kickboxers that are watching.
